With just a day left until the Baker-Crawford Wedding – the Comfort Suites Wedding Reception is almost set up!

The venue looks beautiful and all we need is a bride and groom!!!

Rehearsal dinner gathering this evening at our place…. Then it’s off to Hendrick’s chapel for the rehearsal…..

…and then it’s goodbye for us…

…and see you at the altar, baby!!!

So Mandi has sent out about 17 or 18 save the dates! I’m so proud of her. She doesn’t want me to address them because I supposedly have bad handwriting. Yeah. I really don’t when I want to! But anyhow she doesn’t want me to address them. And the US Mail rate forostcard stamps goes up in just a matter of days!!!!!

Sweetie….. Put me in coach!

My brother called us the other day to tell us when he’ll get his orders to go overseas! And it won’t be until AFTER the wedding. So he definitely will be here to be in the wedding! That made me so happy that if I wasn’t crying over my migraine, I would have cried
Of course, we’re not happy he’s going away! But he’ll be here for the wedding!!!

Well, we finally got into serious planning mode today. The wedding is supposed to be this October, but most of the places we’ve talked to are already booked We also would like to do the ceremony at Hendricks Chapel on the hill…the only thing is they only do weddings from Memorial Day to Mid August. So if we decide to do it on the hill we have to move the date up by a few months! As it is we have less than 8 months to get everything together. Neither of us want to wait until next year, but there are barely any openings on Saturday nights in July and August. What should we do? Should we check into Fridays?? What do y’all think???

So excited! I think every blog in the last 2 weeks has started that same way

Anyway, we got a book in the mail that is all invitations! When we get home I need to call and get samples. Only problem is…you can only request a couple! How do I decide which ones? I don’t! I have some sent to my mom. Some to Lori! Some to pretty much everyone I know

So, as most of you know I was engaged for a while and called the wedding off 3 months before I married him. Well, as I’m sure you have heard me complain about, I’ve also put on 20 pounds since Dennis and I started dating. Naturally I was concerned that my Zero Petite dress that’s already been altered wasn’t going to fit!!! Luckily, my parents brought it over today and I tried it on. It fits perfectly! I was so excited! That’s one less thing we have to worry about.

We picked the date…but we did that months ago October 8th it is! Now we just need to find locations, a limo, invitations, a photographer…which we all know who we WON’T be using!!! And of course all the other fun things that go with wedding planning

Dennis got it up and running. But so far there’s nothing to tell
