It’s finally here. The time has finally come.
We Are Getting Married!
So, as most of you know I was engaged for a while and called the wedding off 3 months before I married him. Well, as I’m sure you have heard me complain about, I’ve also put on 20 pounds since Dennis and I started dating. Naturally I was concerned that my Zero Petite dress that’s already been altered wasn’t going to fit!!! Luckily, my parents brought it over today and I tried it on. It fits perfectly! I was so excited! That’s one less thing we have to worry about.
We picked the date…but we did that months ago
October 8th it is! Now we just need to find locations, a limo, invitations, a photographer…which we all know who we WON’T be using!!! And of course all the other fun things that go with wedding planning

Dennis came home from being out working all day and after changing into comfy clothes we were getting ready to settle in for a nice relaxing evening with the fire and some champagne. I turned around and in the middle of the hallway Dennis was on one knee with a HUGE FAKE plastic ring. He said, “Will you marry me?” I laughed at him and said, “Get up! You’re embarrassing yourself.” I still had no idea what I was in for, but settled in on the loveseat and he brought us both a glass of champagne. We started talking about things to toast to, and me being the goof that I am, I came up with all kinds of crazy outlandish things, like our pizza getting here on time.
Finally after about 5 minutes of me holding onto my glass of champagne and sipping the Moet, he said, “Do you like your wine charm?” I said, “Yes. It’s cute.” Without even looking at it
I figured I should probably look at it so I actually knew for sure. And that’s when I saw the ring. He got on one knee and asked me, in our living room, in front of the fire, if I would marry him. I of course said yes and instantly started calling and texting everyone!
Dennis got it up and running. But so far there’s nothing to tell
